A Cresting Wave It doesnt make sense to me that so many in this world are sick and broken, It doesnt exactly look on the surface like a reflection of Gods Love. No wonder people have stopped believing in God. All their praying and worshiping doesnt seem to have done the world much good. So maybe it isnt God that is the issue. Maybe it is in the misinterpretation of God by the inept. Maybe it is the mind of man that attempts to interpret the sublime that is the issue. Maybe every time we try to chorale, join together, judge, compartmentalize, diminish, interpret, quantify, edify admire or worship; we are part of the problem. Maybe if we concede, reserve judgment, not take sides, forgo an opinion, blend, back down, relinquish, concede, back down, stay silent, and opt out, more; maybe the world will heal. Maybe the world is like a cresting wave that is seeing way too much power play and must recede for a long rest so balance can ensue. Maybe if we all stop bringing reactionary to an art form and adapt the practice of wisdom as a group, all will heal. Watch, listen, act only when necessary, see everything as a reflection of love in different degrees, and be patient with others that are learning their lessons. Maybe it is a start.
