A Cyclist Letter To Santa... Dear Santa, All I want for Christmas is to pedal faster, stay healthy & enjoy every moment I get to ride. I Love You, Lisa P.S. For those of you who know me you may remember I never had a bicycle as a child unless you count the one I had that my mom bought me when I was 7 years old. I had it for less than 12 hours because it was run over to no fault of anyone, it was a circumstance of living in a rural area without boundaries where there were no driveways, where people parked where they wanted. I remember my aunt called me inside with urgency and my bicycle was outside when we had an unexpected visitor, nothing uncommon even today, and my bicycle was crushed. Today I ride as much and as far as I can. I didnt learn to ride a bicycle until 2008 and thats the day a child was born inside this woman, this woman who never experienced a roller coaster, a carnival ride or even a bicycle until 2008 and now this child lives, loves and laughs like never before...
