A DOCUMENTARY THAT NEEDS A NAME Does anyone know of any civilian who has ever, within the last decade, requested or demanded an independent grand jury inquiry into any criminality under color of law, especially in an alleged criminal enterprise/conspiracy/pattern of unlawful activity to any judge or any prosecutor, federal or state, and had their right afforded? Does there exist in this constitutional form government, any living, actively serving judicial officer or standard (non-special) government prosecutor, who has actually caused, or dutifully tried to cause a grand jury inquiry into any alleged criminality where the nature of criminal allegations was unknown, or known to be under the color of family law, judicial conduct, or government prosecutor conduct, where public pressure and spotlight were not already on the case, and the judge or prosecutor did not already have reason to be pretty sure of the testimony or evidence that would be submitted to the grand jury? Where it is the constitutional role and duty of the grand jury to conduct independent, ex parte investigations, it is my objective to cause such an investigation to take place, or at least prove that one can or has taken place in our time. In the lesser alternative, I will prove, with convincing certainty, that it is not possible under the status quo, and that the Peoples independent political arm, which is indispensable to liberty and freedom from color of law criminal enterprise, has been overwhelmingly restraind by a long train of abuses and usurpations pursuing invariably the same object, evincing a design to reduce the Peoples grand jury, and therefore the People, under absolute despotism. A cause that will impel the general public, so long as public offenses under color of law offend them, to exercise their right and duty to cut out the cancer, and provide new Guards for their future security. In any case, the general public will be decisively educated on this top priority matter of national security and national importance, or my name isnt Matthew J. Falkner. A documentary is being made. No victim privacy will be breached.
