Here is a workout for you once you have an idea of what to do... 2 ROUNDS: 1 minute Push ups 10 squats 1 minute Deck Squat 10 squats 1 minute Walking lunge with weight overhead 10 squats 1 minute Mountain Climber 10 Squats 1 minute Full sit ups (keep hands close to chest) 10 squats REST 1 MINUTE 2 ROUNDS 1 minute Jump Rope (fake it if you dont have one) 10 Tuck Jumps (modification High knee run 2=1) 1 minute plank hold 10 Tuck jumps 1 minute Low lunge hold (switch to other leg second round) 10 Tuck Jumps 1 minute Burpees 10 Tuck jumps 1 minute Tricep Dips 10 Tuck Jumps ***Warm up prior to all of this madness with 5-10 min of cardio, and do the same at the end***
