A Delightfully Fun with Intervals Veterans Day Run! Wow, now that was a Fun and large group of high energy Strider stars who descended upon the Y this perfect Tuesday Veterans Day morning. How cool to have 6 of our Striders who served our country with us getting in some solid miles. Nice to have Half marathon rising star Cassie Hopkins and her handler Mark Hopkins # 2 with us as well as 1st Tuesday timer Mike # 4. It was super cool to see Ben Snyder winning the coin toss at home with his sassy bride Chris Nicely Snyder and thus joined the fun. Nice to see Brian Hall, his handler Jolene Abanses, Mark Palamar # 1, Bret Cashen and Joe Joseph Gibbons running strong. But on a very sad note we said our tearful goodbyes to Kim Clesas Loumakoss new running man Bob # 3 as his lovely bride is starting to make sone noise about coming back to Strider Nation. No, there are no negotiations nor compromise in the Jackie Bradley house. We know who wears the pants. Bob, its been good knowing ya, but we are thrilled that dreaded boot is coming off!
