Most of Obamas actions are arbitrary and capricious... leading to blatant malfeasance, misfeasance, nonfeasance, material breach and abrogation of their oath of office. The House of Representatives should already have commenced impeachment procedings on these grounds. The house also has the legal standing to sue Obama before the SCOTUS... why are they tepid and irrelevant? Are they ignorant of the fact were a Constitutional Republic or just being PC? The senate condoning Obamas actions... means like Obama... they too have abrogated their oath. More... the SCOTS must be derelict of their oath in these regards. Its too bad we the people dont have the no confidence vote... granting a public majority the legal standing to sue and impeach... the legislative and executive branches on these narrow grounds.
