A Dishonorable Govt,hoping that our people would be wise enough in digesting Malacanang propaganda. Pretending to be a Graft Buster ,all of his allies join forces to pin down 3 senators (opposition senators),file charges base on allegation of witnesses, wherein the real culprit in this scam base on facts are them. Check and balance in govt procedure is a preventive measure to get rid of graft, DBM should explained WHY they released funds to bogus NGO without verifying the legitimacy of said request. Granting that there indeed a request signed by those accused senators wherein the authenticity of signature is under question,this transaction will not materialize if DBM bosses did their job. Senators were task to propose possible project which will sent directly to DBM,procedural cash is not a matter of concern in all Legislator offices.
