A Documentary about Haiti... Haiti next to Dominican Republic, is a Caribbean country in Hispaniola.. The Spanish explorer Christopher Columbus arrived in Haiti in 1492.. Then imperialism began Haiti and Dominican Republic were made but imperialist but now the imperialist abandoned them..The people being used as slavery for century Haiti has been invaded by Spain, France and USA... During colonial era, The imperialist brought hundreds of thousands African to Haiti for slavery.. They were being forced to work in agricultural... The country aborigine people made up only 10% of the population while others are from African nation. Now, population in Haiti is about 10 millions.. It was the imperialist who created Haiti and Dominican Republic for their benefits.... Imperialist came and occupied without providing them education, healthcare, basic needs and proper food.. Today, the politic not sustainable... Imperialist just abandoned the country and the people are living under poverty(among the poorest country in the world)... They do not know how to produce their own food, basic needs, education, healthcare and etc.. Earth quake, disease and political problems make the situation worst...
