A FAILING PARTY,A FAILED GOVERNMENT. Going by the recent happening in the country this days it could be easily deduced that the ruling party is in a confusive state,the NGF crisis,the declaration of emergency in some Northeastern state,oil theft and power tussle happening within the ruling arty.
