A FEW THINGS TO CHEW ON FROM A FELLOW DISTRIBUTOR named Jackie ....... Know your health issues. If you are an unhealthy person, please expect that it may take longer for you to lose weight. Reason being is that you need to get healthy first before your body will be READY to lose this extra weight. You may have some health issues due to the that that you are overweight. (please believe I am not being rude here, as I myself was almost considered obese when I started my journey). In the beginning of starting your Skinny Fiber journey (ONLY if you are unhealthy) you may consider taking 2 capsules 3x a day) If you do this you may need to buy (the first month you join) the Buy 2 get 1 Free or the Buy 3 get 3 Free so you have extra product. You see normally 1 bottle will last you 30 days if you take 2 capsules 2x a day (there are 120). So if you take 2 capsules 3x a day or 3 capsules 2x a day you will need 180 capules for the first month. If you are unhealthy I highly suggest taking the 6 capsules for at least 2- 3 months (60- 90 days) without fail. 2. Drink PLENTY of water........ The directions say to drink 8 ounces of water when you take your capsules, but personally for me I drink 16 ounces. (a full water bottle) then in between my next dose I will drink another 16 ounces. For ME THIS WAS THE HARDEST PART of taking the product. I was NEVER a water drinker! But now I am on my 53rd day of my 90 day challenge and drinking water has become very easy.. Im actually kind of craving it now... 3. Take it EVERY SINGLE day....... Ummmmm actually this is usually the hardest for people to do... They order the product, take it maybe every other day, forget doses and then tell me they want a refund... Seriously??? Come ON!! If you are SERIOUS about finally getting healthy, waging war on this obesity epidemic then we need to do this completely COMMITTED! Set a reminder on your cell phone. If you come to me and say this product doesnt work, I am going to ask you 2 questions. How unhealthy are you? And... Did you take the product (honestly)? 4. I get this question all the time... . What if I dont eat on a normal schedule. My answer is then take the Skinny Fiber product as if its medication. Take it every day at the same time like clock work and youll notice some amazing things will start happening! I know many have ordered Skinny Fiber and used it but not given it the time needed to help restore and correct the body so that the fats starts coming off... Notice I did not say lose scale weight!!!!! I have one DT that did not lose a thing in over 2 years... but then again she was not changing anything at all... was menopausal and had so much stress in her life.. Once she started t think about what she was eating and made healthier choices with SF she started to lose!! It took me a month to start shrinking but the other amazing things I noticed were enough to keep me going... I feel awesome... I am also just about pain free from arthritis--- Fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease with sciatic nerve damage!! Before SF I dieted and exercised a lot and still could not lose a pound!! We need to be mindful of what we put into our mouths.. too many junk carbs and sugar and that in itself is going to make you hungrier--. We must eat and best to eat 5-6 small protein based meals a day to increase metabolism and decrease hunger. For me, Skinny Fiber HAS been kind of magic-- I no linger suffer from severe IBS-- off my thyroid meds and off all pain pills! , feeling better about myself and I AM losing weight. However, I make a conscious decision EVERY day to try to do something healthy-- eat a healthy meal or snack, pass on sodas or juices and make a serious effort to drink my water regularly. We can do this--- Skinny Fiber can HELP us climb those stairs, but it by no means can CARRY us! We have to do some of the work ourselves! I have been at a plateau for 2 years -- I am not thrilled for that but I am thrilled that after years of gaining weight even when dieting and exercising and steadily gaining before SF that I can now look at my photos and smile!!! I know I have to commit to getting active and until I do make that commitment I have to accept where I am now...we can do this ya all... How bad do we really want it???? A few things to Ask yourself.. What is your typical day of food?? Enough calories?? too many?? Are you eating 4-6 small meals ...real food not boxed or pre- made?? Do you have any health issues?? Are you taking any medications? How old are you-- does your family have a history of obesity? What time of the month is it...this is the REAL issue so many times--Keep a food journal -- get at least 64 ounces of water - Are you getting activity ??? Do you take SF twice a day 2 caps every day? Try an extra dose Are you logging every bite you eat?? Try this to keep track myfitnesspal/ Weigh only every 2 weeks -- if at all..
