A FREE TRAINING OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN ICT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS FYLAA along with Digital opportunity Trust (DOT) Uganda and Maendeleo Foundation will be implementing the ReachUP! Program DOT’s signature economic program that offers training in technology, business, life skills, and micro-enterprise development at Forum for Women in Democracy offices in Ntinda. The training will begin on Monday January, 27th to February 3rd 2014 starting from 2pm to 5pm daily. DOT is a leading international social enterprise headquartered in Canada with operations in 14 countries around the globe, including Uganda. DOTs unique youth-led programs empower people living in communities that are developing, in transition, or under stress with the confidence to use technology for entrepreneurial, community, educational, and personal development. The ReachUp! Program will provide young people with the tools and training to help them advance their economic status and build successful, sustainable livelihoods. As the name suggests, the program drives participants to reach up and out to new entrepreneurial opportunities.
