Qualifications: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8a-5p Minimum of 5 years of recent administrative assistant experience in a healthcare office or related setting Proven track record in customer service and outcomes Effective written and verbal communication skills Knowledgeable in the use of web-based patient management software Strong computer skills Strong organizational skills Responsibilities Include: Being the initial point of contact and communication for the office Ensuring a superb customer experience Managing the flow of the office to insure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction Possessing excellent telephone skills Problem solving and addressing issues raised by physicians, employees and patients Utilizing Mircosoft Office & Word Utilizing superb phone etiquette for setting and confirming appointments Managing medical records Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems and objectives Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving and decision making Ability to handle information in a confidential manner Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay of $9-10/hour depending Supplemental Insurance Benefits Vision Insurance 401K after 1 year of service Bonuses Joining a friendly, respectful and positive employer We are interviewing immediately and looking forward to meeting you.
