A Friend of mine has a problem...and he seeks advice from me... im nt sure if i can help him so il ask u guys to put in ur advice... My friends problem is that:HE has a Big House and also a Small House.....now he sleeps at these Houses when ever he wants to, but now the Small House wants to expand and renovate so that it also can be a Big House ....in the mist of that , the Manager of the Small House decided to go and buy the material and paid the construction guys in advance. Without him knowing he gets a letter from the Manager of the Small House that the renovations are in process and Halfway to completion ....Now my friend spends most of his time at the Big House.... but loves being at the Small House as he feels he is King...so is the treatment... So now he cannot afford to have two Big Houses... What would you advice be?
