A Gilt Bronze Figure of Kurukulla Tibet, 16th Century The four-armed deity dancing with both legs angled, holding a bow and lotus in her left hands, wearing a garland of severed heads, a girdle of beaded festoons and pendent sashes inset with turquoise and semi-precious stones, her head slightly angled with the third eye, flanked by elaborate disk earrings and a skull tiara inset with hardstones and surmounted by flaming hair, richly gilt overall 12½ in. (31.7 cm.) high
