A Great day .... it was so sunny and warm with bright blue skies today as I drove , Stan, to get his blood tests done .... it felt lovely to have the sun beaming down and everyone was cheery and happy as I did a wee shop in Enderby. After we came home I did some more laundry and Stan did the stairs , up and down again today ... slow and steady with hand rail , plus he walked with his Walker up and down the long hallways in our apartment building. Lots of exercise for him again today. We also had nice chats on the phone with son, Danny and friend , Martha . I then made a YUMMY , roast beef dinner with fresh carrots, brussel sprouts , corn , garlic mashed potatoes and home made gravy .... a small bowl for each of us filled with fresh strawberries and grapes was our dessert ( rubbing my tummy ) ... I think we are full .... giggle. Looking forward to a lazy evening and a good sleep tonight.... I hope you had a good day too .
