A HAZARD IS: Contortion-ing yourself into the drivers seat of your car, due to the fact that your car door only opens 6 inches, because some fellow parking lot patron has parked TO CLOSE to you.....THEN to add insult to injury...after driving about three blocks.... you realize that your over-the-shoulder-boulder-holder has become undone in the process...which leads to a feeble attempt of re-hooking the apparatus while driving, and in turn, causes you to violate the roads center line more than once during the reconstruction process .... My question is.... how would a person explain this to the local law enforcement.......???!!! (names of those involved have been hidden to protect their identity):)
