A HEALTHIER YOU! There are millions of people that are dying much earlier and are losing their lives to diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, obesity, etc. Most of these chronic diseases are the expected outcome when we don’t fuel our bodies with the right foods. However, they are preventable and reversible through diet and lifestyle changes. We spend lots of money on our hair, clothes, shoes, makeup, car and house; yet, we will turn around and put some of everything (food) in our mouths without any concern for the impact on our health. I talk to people all the time and what I hear is, “eating healthy is too expensive”, and that’s when I ask them how much did the coach purse, Cole Haan shoes, banging hairstyle ,etc. cost. Then I ask, what will it cost them if they are ever diagnosed with a life threatening illness/disease. As a health minister my number one goal is to educate and assist people in removing toxic, dangerous foods and replacing with healthful, living foods. Through research, there are 5 killer foods that must be replaced and then eliminated from our diets. These are the foods that cause the most severe damage to our bodies. Although the effects may not be immediate, it has been proven that these foods cause considerable degradation and consequently a weakened immune system that is set up to develop disease. The five killer foods are: (1) Meat, Dairy, Cheese; (2) White sugar; (3) White Flour, White Rice; (4) Table Salt; and (5) Caffeine. Dr. Brenda Bradley
