A HOT day at The Spartan Race! Over 100 degrees at the finish line :-0! It is good to be back, finished in under 4 hours, 12+ miles of endless thigh busting hills, crazy tough obstacles, dirt, rocks, mud, and 100s of hearty souls just challenging themselves, helping each other complete a task, and most importantly, having fun. Just awesome! ... To my Xterra homies, the venue was Vail Lake Temecula; Lotsa good memories! :-) Good Luck to all heading out to Nationals in Utah, and Worlds in Maui. Aloha!
