A HUGE word of warning out there for you small businesses seeking to pay for advertisement or promotion on Facebook. Apparently there are some serious systemic issues with Facebooks pay-for-promotion algorithms. This is a great video that very clearly demonstrates these problems. We particularly valued the Percentage of likes that engaged this month graph. Stunning. We have been tempted in the past to pay to promote specific posts and have resisted. Now we are glad we did and grew naturally via word-of-mouth. We hope that Facebook eventually cleans this up, but for now, it looks to be an entrenched problem that we dont know if FB is incented to improve much. Well see. We dont think this there is a similar problem with Google+ or Twitter, but well be more skeptical going forward on all platforms. #SEO #Facebook #Marketing
