A Hong Kong couple abused their Indonesian maid savagely. Cutting her with paper knife, burning her with hot iron, slamming her head at a tap, starving the maid for two days and more! They tied the maid to a chair and left for a holiday leaving the maid without food and water for 5 days. When the maid ate a piece of chickena and cake from their fridge, they burnt her and hit her! She had no food for 2 days. The female party tied the maid up and pushed her into the bathroom when she left the maid for 2 days. The maid managed to escape after loosening her bonds. She asked her compatriot who was living next door for help. She was sent to the Indonesian Consulate where she lodged her police report. Now the couple having pleaded not guilty to a score of charges are facing trial in court. This kind of cruelty is within our neighbourhood. Horrible!
