A Humble Request (Kindly do read till end attentively.) - Caught up in the hustle and bustle of worldly life and working for this transitory world, we have forgotten our real aim (i.e. working for the hereafter). Since the holy month of Ramadhaan - the month of worshipping Allaah - has approached, the following series of Islamic lessons are being shared so that we be reminded of the purpose of our life and be not tricked into the traps of the Devil, our destined enemy. - TRANSLATION OF THE QUR’AN WITH BRIEF EXEGESIS (TAFSEER) Every Ramadhaan we finish the sole recitation of the holy Qur’an repeatedly without pondering over its meaning. And that’s why the rest of the year we mostly find the glorious Qur’an completely ignored by the majority of the Muslims. No doubt that reciting the holy Qur’an has great reward, but we fail to realise that the holy Qur’an was not sent down solely for recitation, rather it was revealed to be recited, understood, acted on, promulgated to others, and fought for its honour and implementation. In order to understand these facts, Tafheem-ul-Qur’an, one of the best translations and exegeses of the glorious Qur’an by Abul Ala Maududi, one of the contemporary prominent scholars is being presented in Urdu on daily basis from the beginning of the Qur’an. One can at least listen to one rukoo a day which may take around 15 minutes. - SEERAT-UN-NABI (THE LIFE OF THE PROPHET PBUH) Being Muslims, we are obliged to know the life path of our rule model whose footsteps we are ordered to follow in social, economically, politically and in an all-embracing manner. Moreover, one cannot achieve true faith unless they love the Prophet PBUH more than themselves, more than their father, more than their children, and more than all people, as proven from the hadeeth of the Prophet PBUH; and we can only love him PBUH by true means if we know about his life and all the sacrifices he made so that we be privileged with the bounty of Islam, plus we come to see practical examples of the companions of the Prophet PBUH to what extent they loved him PBUH and what sacrifices they would gave for the sake of his love and honour, so that we can weigh our faith and try our best to truly love the Prophet PBUH the way his companions loved him, and the way he PBUH deserves to be loved. Moreover, from Seerat-un-Nabi we learn numerous lessons of how to go through difficult situations in life, concerning family matters such as raising children etc. that we are supposed to act on as Muslims. Hence, the Seerah of our beloved Prophet PBUH with authentic narrations is being presented in simple English, which even those not very good in English will inshallah be able to understand if they listen to it at least for a week. - AQEEDA LESSONS Aqeeda (Islamic Belief) is the base of our faith (Emaan), due to whose failing to understand in the right manner one can go beyond the pale of Islam and enter Kufr without even realizing about oneself; therefore, it’s most important to know true Islamic belief and act in accordance with it so that one can safeguard his faith and avoid falling into Kufr. So a ten-day Aqeedah lessons series will inshallah be presented in Pashto, followed by Dari Aqeedah lessons, and then inshallah in other Languages such as Urdu and English. - JIHAAD (FIGHTING IN THE CAUSE OF ALLAAH) AND ITS DETAILS Jihaad, one of the most controversial contemporary Islamic issues, is mostly presented in the wrong perspective by so called scholars who indeed lose their faith in return for little worldly gain. To avoid such misunderstandings and understand this great obligation in the right perspective, an all-inclusive series of lesson in Jihaad are being presented based on MASHARI AL-ASHWAQ ILA MASARI AL-USHAAQ, The Book of Jihad, written by Ibn Nuhaas, a 9th century scholar. - RAMADHAAN ISSUES Last but not least, due to the holy month of Ramadhaan, it’s needed that the issues regarding the holy month of Ramadhaan be known. So a one-month series of lessons about Ramadhaan is presented in Urdu. - In order that these series of lessons be not mixed up, for each series a separate page will inshallah be made, and then you will be asked to like it, so YOU ARE HUMBLY REQUESTED to like the pages so that you receive these lessons on daily basis, and invite your contacts too to like these pages, and share this message with them so that they are also benefitted from these lessons, which will be an act of continual charity (sadaqah-e-jaariyah) for you; even if one person benefits from them and starts acting on even one thing learned from these lessons, you too will be rewarded for that act as long as he acts on it, let alone many people learning and acting on many things from them and then sharing them with others who too will learn and act on them and so on. The ajar (reward) you get therein can get beyond imagination, while on the day of judgement we will be craving for single pieces of good deeds to make the scales of our goods heavy therewith. So do not miss this chance of gaining so much sadaqa-e-jaariyah whose reward will continue to be written for you even after your death - May Allaah give you all long lives with righteous deeds. - MARK MY WORDS, if we today turn away from learning Allaah’s deen today, Allaah will turn away from us on the Day of Judgement, the Day when no way of escaping will be there, no recommendation will work, and no dollars will save us from the Wrath of Allaah. And then regretting will get us nowhere. If we listen to all these series on daily basis, they will barely take around 15% of our daily time. If we don’t give even 15% out of 100% to our Creator, how will we face Him on the Day of Resurrection? When indeed all our time belongs to Him and is given by Him. And to those wanting to give more time for Allaah’s deen, other pages of Islamic books and day-to-day Islamic issues are too supposed to be prepared inshallah. - Once, while the Prophet PBUH was climbing the pulpit, Jibriel AS came to him and said: May Allah curse him who attains RAMADAN and is not forgiven.” The Prophet PBUH said: Ameen. Subhanallah! The Greatest of the angels has prayed against such a person who can’t attain the forgiveness of Allaah in the blessed month of Ramadhaan, and the best of the humans and the best of the prophets has said Aameen upon it, so how won’t it be accepted? Let us not be of such cursed ones. In this world we make extensive preparations for the worldly affairs and even short journeys failing to prepare for that eternal journey of the hereafter. BROTHERS AND SISTERS, let us not be of those who did not prepare themselves and have lost their hereafter in return for this world. I once again humbly request you all to allocate a little of your time for these Islamic lessons and beware your contacts of them too. At least listening to the first parts of these lessons will inshallah influence us to listen to them till end. This could be a wake up call for us to take ourselves away from the hellfire resulting in the Wrath of Allaah SWT, and to satisfy our Lord entering us to Jannah! May Allaah be satisfied with us! May Allaah save us from the Hellfire! May Allaah give us the right knowledge of His deen and the ability to live in His dunya as He SWT wants us to, so that we succeed in this world, as well as in the hereafter. Aameen! - Please share this status with your contacts.
