A JUNIOR STEWARDESS POSITION ON A 51M MOTOR YACHT (CAYMAN ISLAND FLAGGED) (PRIVATE) A private 51M Motor Yacht is currently searching for a junior Stewardess to join the crew of 13. The candidate needs to be keen and positive individual who is open to joining a amazing team of maritime professionals, who all take pride in the up-keep and maintenance of a prestigious private yacht which will be cruising through out Asian waters. Presently the yacht is in its last stages of a major refit yard period, this is a great opportunity for a "greenhorn" to learn all aspects of what it takes to "learn and adapt" in all kinds of environments. This is a happy crew that works hard but knows how to have fun within limits. Most of the crew have been with the boat a long time. Our existing crew are: 1 American, 2 British, 3 New Zealanders, 1 Canadian, 2 Germans, 1 South African, 2 Philippino’s The ideal candidate will need to be between the ages of 20- 30 years, have at least 6 months experience on yachts as a 3rd stewardess. All round skills are required as department usually operates on a rotational basis, housekeeping beds/heads/ laundry and crew mess area. If you have some form of super yacht stewardess training this will be an advantage as well. The yacht is only looking for crew that at either in New Zealand or Australia not world- wide. QUALIFICATIONS: STCW 95, Current ENG1 medical, at least 6 months experience as a 3rd stewardess or some form of super yacht stewardess training is a bonus.
