A Japanese fast-food chain, Yoshinoya Holdings, announced it has plans to grow rice and vegetables just 60 miles from the Fukushima power plant. The chain, which sells stewed beef over rice, will grow onions, cabbage and rice in a joint-venture with local farmers in the area. "We will employ local people in the factory.
