A Judgment and decree passed in the year 1998 ,plantiff filed an apllicaion u/sec 152 cpc for correction in judgment and decree after 4 years of judgment,, application rejected by the court,,,applicant/plaintiff filed appeal against this rejection in higher courts at last SC directed the trial court to amend the decree as prayed in the application u/s152 C.P.C. trial court made amendment as per direction of S.C.,,,but now the Decree has a different effect,,Can Defendant file an appeal against this amended decree
