A Kahaluu resident believes this vehicle may have been deliberately or accidentally driven off a near by ramp into Kaneohe Bay around 1 am. The former owner was called to the scene by police, because ownership hasnt yet officially transferred. He went into the water to hook up the tow line to try and bring the vehicle to shore. He says he sold the SUV to a teenager on the west side a few weeks ago. A neighbor says he saw some kids gathered around a vehicle at the ramp around one oclock this morning then the vehicle disappeared and later he saw the kids walking around. The witness never noticed the vehicle in the water until this morning. No one was inside the Toyota Forerunner. Police are following up with the new owner. The vehicle has not been reported stolen. #HINews #HNNSunrise
