A Lafayette teen is behind bars accused of burglarizing a Kaplan camp. According to Vermilion Parish Sheriff Mike Couvillon, 17-year-old Colbey Stelly was arrested following a three month investigation into the burglary of a camp located on Ovey Road. In early July, a storage shed was broken into and had the following items stolen: a 2013 camouflage Gatortail boat with motor and trailer, 3 chainsaws, an air compressor, a shotgun, approximately 40 dozen duck decoys, 200 gallons out of a big tank, (6) 5 gallon cans of gas, 3 hunting chairs, 2 blinds,a wrench set, a hedgecutter and a pole saw.
