A Leader. One morning on the street of New york,the Sun was still Rising,Traffic was building slowly,the bustling and hustling atmospher was becoming lively,the street was busying up. A tall heavy duty truck was carring a big container,moving towards a Tunnel. Getting to the tunnel,the truck got stuck in the Tunnel,it could neither move foward no backward,Traffic Jam started,around 9am,the traffic jam escalated,because movement was not possible owing to the truck that got stucked in the Tunnel. The Driver of truck owing to Fear,left the Truck and Ran away. Congestion was getting worser,the mayor of New york was invited,he came to the scene But could not do anything to move the truck out ot the Tunnel,The engineer who contructed the Tunnel was also Invited to see if He could loose the Tunnel and possibly bring out the stucked Truck buh he could not,it was as if all Hope was lost,. Close to the alley was a little boy of 7yrs who was practising his base ball,the litle boy seeing the congestion met one of the officers and asked what was happening,the officer looked at him, laughed scornfully and said,hey son,your mind is too small for this,any way a truck just got stucked in the Tunnel and it aint moving foward nor backward and we cant find solution!. The boy looked at the officer and told him sir if you want this truck to get off the Tunnel,DEFLATE THE TIRES!.and immidiately the tire was delflated,the truck came down a bit and it was moved off the Tunnel. A child of 7yrs moved a city of New york to Hope when all hope was lost. A child of 7yrs did what a mayor and the pioneer Engineer failed to do. Leadership is not about making Noise,its not about hollaring nor Having six packs nor speaking Nice English,it all about using your Brain!
