A Leading Consultant Company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following 1- Senior Electrical Design Engineer Job description: - Minimum of ten (10) years experience of which (7) years shall be with a reputable Consultant in the design of interior distribution systems, telephone and inter-communication systems, Electronic safety, security systems, UPS system, fire alarm and detection systems, in medium and large construction projects and (3) years as a team leader of electrical engineering design group. -Possesses adequate experience of BMS and LAN network layout design, both conventional UTP & Fiber optics -Experience in design of external medium and low voltage distribution network system, substations and low voltage power plants. -Experience in the preparation of design criteria & specification of electrical engineering projects 2- Senior Civil Design Engineer - Minimum (10) years experience, of which (7) years in a reputable Consultant in the design of site planning, layout, grading and storm drainage of medium/large size housing and administration compound, (3) years as a team leader of a civil engineering design group. -Design of airport facilities like runway, taxiway and apron is also required. Design experience in Geometric design of roads including rigid and flexible pavement design. -Experience in the preparation of Design criteria of civil engineering projects 3- Junior Civil Design Engineer Minimum of five (5) years in the design of civil engineering projects of medium and large size. - Design of airport facilities like runway, taxiway and apron is also required. -Design experience in Geometric design of roads including rigid and flexible pavement design. - Experience in the preparation of Design criteria of civil engineering projects. 4- Senior Design Architect Minimum ten (10) years experience in Architectural design, out of which (7) years deeply involved in the design of medium to large projects covering a wide variety of building types, (3) years as an architect-leader for a team of architects at an accredited organization. -Must be thoroughly familiar with a wide variety of finishing materials. -Must be fluent in written and spoken English. - capable of preparing architectural detail drawings. 5- Junior Design Architect - Minimum of five (5) years experience in Architectural design in an accredited organization. - Must be thoroughly familiar with a wide variety of finishing materials. - Must be capable of preparing architectural detail drawings. 6- Architect specialized in Interior Designer - Minimum of five (10) years experience in Architectural interior design in an accredited organization. -Must be thoroughly familiar with a wide variety of interior finishing materials. -Must be familiar with most practical method of construction and modern techniques. -Be Capable of preparing architectural interior detail drawings 7- Senior Mechanical Design (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) Engineer - Minimum of ten (10) years experience of which (7) years shall be with a reputable Consultant in the design of Mechanical Engineering – HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting and (3) years as a team leader of Mechanical engineering design group for construction. -Possess an experience in BMS systems that cover control pumps, Chillers, Sprinklers etc. -Experience of evaluating and modifying mechanical engineering design. -Experience in the preparation of design criteria & specification of Mechanical engineering projects.
