A Leading multinational company located at Zamalik is looking forward to hire the following Positions : 1- Financial Analyst ( Actuarial experience will be an asset ) Position Summary In this position you will work with the Assistant Vice President of Business Analysis for AIG Distributors on special projects, financial analysis, presentations, data analysis, budgeting, and reporting with regard to sales activities. Job Discription : Performance Objectives Develop and maintain regular monthly expense reporting and variance analysis for assigned sales cost centers. Responsible for all reporting to the Head office. Prepare Budget and forecast. Report all Variance analysis. Reconciliation of results to reported sales to ensure accuracy/completeness of data Ensure all responsibilities and reporting is properly controlled. Perform audits & reconciliations of reporting data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Consolidate sales and expense reporting and analysis across selected product lines. Perform monthly closing activities for assigned cost centers. Work with sales management to develop the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for AIG Distributors. Provide periodic internal and industry sales reporting and analysis Work closely senior management presentations and reporting packages. Perform ad hoc report assignments as requested by management. Other duties as assigned. 2- Colliction Supervisor Job Discription : Working on the monthly due list to achieve the targeted budget for the month and consequently the year. Contacting clients on a daily basis and set collection appointments to ensure maximum collection of premiums due. Responsible for Collection team overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives. Tracks and reports the collection team daily performance and productivity. Monitors the teams calls to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformity to company rules and standards in communication with clients. Monitors the team’s productivity to achieve production and set budget. Coaches and develops staff to improve quality, performance and productivity. Develops and implements goals and action plans as needed Provides coaching and feedback on employee performance that ensures consistency and a high level of customer service Supervising collectors daily activities and monitor their interaction with clients and ensure that appointments taken are collected by the bill collectors in a proper and efficient manner. Interacting with field force to handle clients who refuse to renew their policies and those that collection team failed to reach. Provide daily collections reports as well as performance reports per each member. Handling clients inquiries whenever needed and reporting any problems that may arise.
