A Letter from Ross and J-P at Imagineer Systems Dear friends and mocha users, Today, we are pleased to share some exciting news. This week, Boris FX, a leading VFX plug-in developer, has signed an agreement to acquire Imagineer Systems. In 2009, we took on management roles at Imagineer and shared the goal of exposing mochas planar tracking to as many users as possible. Five years later, our work has resulted in awards, partner relationships and an ever growing user base turning to mocha for amazing film and video projects. Recently, we had the opportunity to work with the team from Boris FX and we are already seeing excellent synergies, complimentary technologies, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. To communicate clearly, this announcement is a strategic merger. mocha software will continue to be developed, improved and sold under the Imagineer Systems brand. Our partner relationships are on track to remain - business as usual. The Imagineer staff of specialists youve grown to trust remain onboard and if anything, we will have more resources to better support our customers. In the coming weeks, there will be questions and we look to our customers for feedback and feature requests.
