A Letter of Thanks Last month we were able to celebrate our 22nd anniversary with our 7th annual Customer Appreciation Weekend. Our Customer Appreciation Weekend started as a single day event 7 years ago as an effort to show how truly thankful we are for each and every one of you. The event has blossomed into a weekend that most view as a community gathering or a block party if you will. We are so fortunate to have the support and loyalty that all of you provide. Every year our event becomes better and better. Weve recognized that it has also become busier and busier. Although the wait in the lines for check out did not exceed 20 minutes at its peak we are already working on plans to get things moving quicker for next year. Regardless, we thank you for your patience and we hope the fun and the discounts made up for any inconvenience. Moving forward we will strive to continue finding the best products for your pets, educating ourselves on those products and providing the best possible customer service you could ask for from ANY business. Our awards in local publications for Best Pet Supply Store in metro Detroit are an attribute to all of you and will only be our motivation to live up to them not our justification for complacency. We are aware of the number of stores moving into the area and that all of you have options. It is our goal to do ANYTHING we can to leave you no choice but to continue our great relationship. That being said we are here to work with you. If there is an opportunity to improve or to help you better, please let us know.
