A Libyan ship rams into an American barge carrying refinery residual and spills 140,000 plus gallons of its cargo into Galveston bay. The owner of the barge was questioned by the media and the questions were arranged in a way that points toward the barge being in the way, which is simply untrue. There has been NO information on the Libyan ship, her Captain, port of origin, destination or any other information. Food foe thought.
