A.M. Playground Program Newsletter It’s Around the World Week! July 8th – July 12th *Attention: If you are dropping your child off late or picking your child up early, please call us on our new Playground Program phone. We cannot use Olson’s front door buzzer, but one of us supervisors will have the phone on us at all times during PGPG hours because of this reason. Please call 1(815)236-6542 if you need to be let in the building! Thank you Monday 7/8: ~South America~ Games: Limbo, Luz Roja Luz Verde (Red light, Green light), Piranha Attack, Steal the Golden Idol, Rainforest Rain Craft: Passports & Snake Toilet Paper Rolls Tuesday 7/9: ~Antarctica~ Games: Freeze Tag, Polar Bear shoes, Snowball Fight, Ice Fishing, Silent Ball Craft: Paper Plate Eskimos Wednesday 7/10: ~Bahamas ~ WATER DAY!!! Please drop off and pick up your children at Olson Spray Pool at the corner of Greenwood Ave. and Clay St. Be sure that you children have swimsuits, towels, SHOES, and sunblock. In case of inclement or threatening weather, we will meet at the Olson Elementary School site. If the weather becomes unsafe while at the spray pool, please pick up your child immediately. If you have any questions on the weather, please call the Recreation Center (338-4363).
