A MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR MOTSWANA STUDENT WHO PASSED AWAY. MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE! "MOTSWANA STUDENT DIES IN IRELAND A third year Botswana student was found dead on July 21 in Ireland. The director of public relations, research and communications in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Diabi Mmualefe confirmed the death of the 24-year-old student, who was supposed to finish his studies this December. He said, according to the information they received, the student whose names were still withheld, is suspected to have committed suicide. Mr. Mmualefe explained that the body of the deceased, who was studying at the University of Dublin, would be handed over to the parents and officials of the Ministry of Education and Skills Development through Botswana’s mission in London. He said that would only be done after an inquest had been conducted adding that police investigations were still on-going to find out why the student killed himself. Mr. Mmualefe said it had been reported to them that the student had earlier called the police and directed them to where he would commit suicide adding that a post-mortem was expected to be conducted this week"
