A MUST READ WHY I HATE School BUT lOVE EDUCATION So u want to get a degree why? Let me tell you what the society will tell you, increases your chances of getting a job, provides you an opportunity to be successful, be a lot less stressful, EDucation is the key Now let me tell you what your parents will say make me proud Lets look at the statistics Steve jobs-net worth seven billion R.I.P Richard brason-net worth four point two billion Oprah winfrey-two point seven billion, Mark zuckerberg,henry ford, steven spielberg, bill gate Looking at this individuals, whats your conclusion?neither of them graduated from a higher learning institution, now some of you may be like,money is only the medium by which we measure worldly success and some of you even have the nerve to say I dont do it for the money So what are you studying for? To work for charity? Need more clarity? Lets look at the statics Jesus Mohammed Socrates Malcom X Mother teresa Spielberg Sean carter Shakespeare Mohammed ali Michael jordan Michael jackson Were either of these people unsucessful.....or ......un educated All I am saying is that if there was a family tree, hardwork and education would be related. But school will probably be a distant cousin In school as long as u follow the rules and pass your exams your cool.but are you aware that examiners have a check list and if your anser is something outside the box, then you fail and the claim that school expands your horizon and vision, well tell that to malcolm X who dropped out of school and is renowned for what he learnt in prison Proverb 17;16 it does a fool no good to spend money on education Why? Because he has no common sense George BUSh: need I say more, EDUcation is about inspiring ones mind not just filling their heads, and take ti from me because Im an EDUcated MAN myself who only came to realization after countless night studying.. With a can of red bull keeping me awake till morning,falling asleep between piles of books that probably equates to the sum amount spent on rent...calculating and reading....half of them I would never remember and half which I would forget after exam, I sometimes fine my running for lectures, asking for notes for the last lecture, sometimes I look for a cool spot to relax ,ironic because thats the only time I spend in school chasing my dreams I find myself in a queue of half awake student zombie waiting to hand in an assignment Now am not saying school is evil and there is nothing to gain, all I am saying is understand ur morals and reassess your aims if you want a job working for someone else then work for urself There is a saying: if you dont build your dream someone else will hire you to help build thiers Redefine how you view education is not just about regurgitation facts from books I once watch jj okocha take a free kick,watched as the side of his Adidas boot flip the ball into the air the ball traveled towards the skies as ball lookd like it was destined for heaven, I was the ball switch directions the goalkeeper looked confused as though his eyes were communicating with his brain and d ball enterd into the net, and the country that I live in erupted into cheers I looked at the play and thought Damn Looking at okocha, there is more one way to b an educated man Peace With suli breaks
