A Mafia Godfather found out that his bookkeeper has cheated him out of 10 million . His bookkeeper was deaf. That was the reason he was given the job in the first place. It was assumed that a deaf bookkeeper would not hear anything that he might have to testify about in court. When the Godfather went to confront the bookkeeper about his missing 10 million , he took Matome along, as his lawyer, who knows sign language. The Godfather said to Matome ; Ask him where the 10 million he embezzled from me is? Using sign language, I asked the bookkeeper where the money was. The bookkeeper signed back; I dont know what you are talking about. I told the Godfather ; He said he does not know what you are talking about. The Godfather pulled out a pistol, pointed it at the bookkeepers head and said; Ask him again! I signed to the bookkeeper ; He will kill you if you dont tell him! The bookkeeper signed back; Okay, okay, I will tell him. The money is in a brown briefcase, buried behind the shed at my cousin Wase Dlaminis backyard in Soweto. The Godfather asked Me; What did he say? Matome replied ; He said you dont have the liver to pull the trigger.
