A Massachusetts court has ruled that cellphone photos taken on a subway were not illegal because the women involved were fully clothed. This case dealt with an instance of something called upskirting, an age-old penchant among pathetic little perverts who merely want to ogle what a woman has on under her skirt. These trolls have no real life themselves, so they act out in a less than honorable fashion, usually without anyone realizing that they are being peeked at on the sly! I have no problem with anyone experiencing this juvenile activity contemptuously treating the feeble idiots who get off on this type of crass behavior poorly (calling them out on the spot is worthwhile, or just hurl profanity loudly), but I was shocked to see the results of a poll where the majority of respondents believed that upskirting should be considered a CRIME. Folks, before you rush to declare any non-violent activity criminal, you might want to consider how much of your own behavior might be suspect in a court of law (or in the opinions of others). Remember this very week the McDonalds hamburger chain was sued by a customer because they hadnt given him sufficient napkins, and he claimed to be traumatized by this gaffe. Him, they can drag out back and shoot. The cellphone artists who snapped pics of girls undies just need to have their asses kicked good and proper!
