A Meatless Thanksgiving - Main Course When I imagine serving a meatless sit-down dinner to non-meatless-ites, I think there is a need for something really substantial as a main course. Sure, light eaters and veggies may be pleased with a plethora of side dish-type items and soups, but to some a lack of a really hearty and obvious meat will leave something to be desired.
