A Message from Louise Crist: Here is the event line-up for SAT. JULY 19. IMPORTANT INFO! PLEASE READ! Check in for the FIRST 4 teams is at 9:15 a.m. All other teams need to be checked in 30 minutes PRIOR to START of their game. Game 1, Team Jill vs. Scrapskis. , (Starts @ 10am) Game 2 Biggby B.A.ristas vs. U.S. Marshall, (Starts @ 10:20) Game 3 Uno-Ballers vs. Mud Ballers (Starts at 10:40) Game 4 The Heat vs. The Beauty Queens (Starts at 11:00) Game 5 PCA Jonesville vs NCG Minions (Starts at 11:20) Park where you can, but keep in mind that the road from Bishop Avenue is slightly torn up due to construction! (Sorry!) Please have your team come to Check In table near the basketball court by the pool, and pay entry fees if not already paid. Each player MUST sign a waiver. Each player will receive a wristband for their free lunch, and a raffle ticket for the chances to win area. THEN...as a team, step over to the picture area, so we can get a team picture for the bracket board. AFTER team pictures, feel free to warm up. Games are approx. every 20 minutes. It is a double elimination tournament. Winner goes to winners bracket, loser goes to loser bracket. Winner of winning bracket plays winner of losing bracket for championship game and the traveling Jillian Mud Volleyball Trophy. We anticipate finishing up around 5-6pm. Free lunch for players is choice of hamburger/hot dog or brat, chips, cookies and drink) ONE PER PLAYER, but these will also be available at the concession area if you want more than one lunch. We will have those items plus popcorn available. Our souvenir Jillian water bottles will be available for sale again at $3 each. (filled with Gatorade or Lemonade) Dont forget chance to win items. Extra tickets are $5 each, 3/$10 or 7/$20. We have some awesome prizes to give away! The Bounce House is back this year...take a turn for only a dollar! The Dunk Tank is also back! Just a buck buys 3 balls to dunk our celebrity dunkees. (Most popular dunkee last year was our beloved high school principal, Mr. Bill Milnes. T-shirts will also be available for sale, ranging from $15 for a short sleeved T-shirt to $35 for a hoodie. Can be personalized with your name on the back for just a little extra. Please dont forget to walk around the area, and check out all the fun. We also have an ANGEL BOARD as a tribute in honor and loving memory of our local kids who went HOME first.
