Sales will end at the latest June 15th eventbrite/event/6429499807# Given unprecedented demand we are urging you to arrive early to claim your seats as you will be choosing them yourselves unless I have confirmed that you will have a table and I will write to you personally about this next week …..Doors open at 7pm….there has been a positive stampede to join us this night. What a welcome back this is.! I am thrilled delighted and ready to do my utmost to make this night exceptional in every single way We have Arabisk Magazine covering our event. It’s a glossy free magazine that profiles the Arab community and the events in it. If any of our guests do not want their photo taken please let me know by June 16th so I can liaise with the Magazine and do approach me on the night as I do not know all my (lovely!) Guests…. Other Press and Dignitaries (from Political World and Arab TV) are also attending . I am also organising photos and videos of our night as well. These will be added to our you tube channel: Planetegypt I do like to get to know my Guests so do please come up to me and say hello if we do not know each other My Team : Sabeena, Shariff, Tach, Tamer, Theresa, Karen, Claire, Jenny and Pauline are at hand to supervise and ensure your comfort so let us know what we can do to make your night extra special planetegypt.co.uk/team.shtml I will be writing to tell you last minute arrangements a few days before the night and let you know about the food and drink menu that is being created for us by Silk’s lovely Hostess Mel I am performing and hosting this night… I would be most grateful if you have any queries if you would be kind enough to let me know of them as soon as possible so that we start on time, deliver the programme in a timely way and all potential difficulties will have been anticipated and dealt with Just letting you know • That I have contacted personally by email all those who have purchased tickets and to give them useful information for our night. You need to bring your E Ticket with you and announce your arrival at the door. • We will hold your seats until 8.15. The show starts at 8.30. Having paid in advance you benefit from priority entrance from 7pm. Everyone else has to wait until 7.30pm. The venue are offering a cheaper pre 8pm food and drink choice. • There is a special Queue for those that have already paid. Your name will be there to tick off. But JUST in case you forget your tickets, if we do not know you personally we would need to see your ID to avoid any difficulties. A Team member will show you the seats that you can choose from on entry. Unless you paid for 3 tickets or more then we allocate tables for you. • Programme for the night is here planetegypt.co.uk/_programme.shtml. Our band –so far- consists of keyboard, violin, and drummer with a singer. I am considering adding more though….. • That shortly before the approaching event I will be contacting you again to remind you of what to expect from us that night. If you have specific seating needs do let me know. By 20th June latest. • We are block reserving all paid for -seats so you can determine the best for yourself. And that tables are only reserved for 3 seats or more that were purchased at the same time • If you are coming by yourself and need company please let me know by 20 June and I will ensure that you are on a friendly and sociable table • The venue have yet to create a menu for this night but as/when they announce their plans I will contact you again about this Over 18s Policy is in place as it is a night club • Finally if you are celebrating anything that night do share it with me. There are places nearby where one can park, but the safest way to park easily is to park a little distance away.
