A Mindful Christmas Chelsea Psychology is offering three sessions of Mindfulness with Clinical Psychologist Jennifer Wright in November and December 2014. Mindfulness helps us to experience the present moment with openness, flexibility and curiosity. Regular practice can reduce stress levels, and ultimately lead to a more peaceful, content and happy life. Jennifer is a Clinical Psychologist and Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) who has many years of experience in mindfulness-based psychotherapy techniques. The mindfulness evenings will run fortnightly on Mondays from 7-830 pm on 24 November, 8 December and 22 December at Chelsea Health in the Chelsea Village Courtyard, 145 Stirling Highway Nedlands.
