A MowNow (Moment of Weakness NOW!) is a text-back service we provide to Lose Weight for Good Premium members. When they have a moment of weakness they simply message us and we go to work. Here is a REAL example of what a MowNow can do. Member: MowNow LW4G: Please Describe in 5 words or less Member: . . . . LW4G: Describing it will help you to see it more clearly. See it for what it really is. A want, not a need. A blockade to what you really want not a fulfillment of your true desire. Member: I want it cuz Im Mad/Depressed LW4G: Ah. So, its revenge eating. I get that but, the problem is that it serves no purpose in changing their behavior toward you AND you get punished in the long run. If you eat it, they AND the anger win. You are better than that. Member: Time to take back my life Ive been a reck and sugar is winning. NOT ANY MORE!! Almost ate it but I used MowNow
