The bill will get lots of coverage, similar to all the bills that passed in the last Congress to repeal Obamacare. But as we saw with Obamacare, without action in the U.S. Senate, these repeal bills die a slow, unseen death. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will mumble something about not having 60 votes every time someone asks a question about the death of the bill. Needless to say, conservative activists are upset.
