A N G E R... A note on the mirror with the words ‘warning: not dealing well with anger today can be harmful to my health – physically and emotionally’ may help !!! If we always seem to get mad at or blame particular “types” of people for our difficulties, WE have a problem. Count to ten and take a deep breath, leave the place if possible. Relax. Then ask yourself questions like: Why am I angry? What’s making me mad? What can I do about it? Slow down and give yourself some time to think. Take time to defuse rather than letting your fury escalate… ask for help if needed. Prayer can surely help.. but humour too!!!
