A Naive Reflection on Tarkovskys Ivans Childhood: Ivan is a representation of the war-torn generations who are physical and psychological scapegoats of human beings most darkest side. Nowadays the number of movies portraying Ivan like characters are handful where the deeper aspects of war are shown through the twists of actions of the characters, but considering Tarkovskys time, it might not be wrong to assume that this kind of movies and ideas were rare. I am just a simple and naive person to comment on such grandest scaled work, however, surely this is such an amazing experience to see the frames and contents go in a harmony where every scene gives a sense of a different level camera work which even cannot be explained but we have to watch and make ourselves drown in the wave of excellency. This is only such directors like Tarkovsky who can distract you from anything around you and even the darker sides of people would not cost your much attention to be paid off. For the time being, these type of masterpieces will be revived and rejuvenated no matter people do care to perceive the concepts brought by these movies. Tarkovsky like people actually never die; they never born as well, they are so abstract human beings who only go straight towards the heart and soul through their ideas, thoughts and work. I would like to thank to this movie group and সিনেমাখোরের আড্ডা and last but not least to very few people who actually have made me to open the door of the extravaganza of movies. People and groups may be left in oblivion, but the sheer purity that I got from movies might not be since I got to know about Tarkovsky, Tarr...it will be continued.
