A New Jersey lawyer who called opposing counsel a fag and said he whined like a little girl and needed to grow a pair has been suspended for three months. The New Jersey Supreme Court on Sept. 4 suspended Flemington, N.J.-based solo Jared Stolz for repeated name-calling and for allegedly lying to a judge about never receiving necessary documents from his adversary.
