A New MoM asks: Help! My twin boys are 4 weeks old (born at 36 weeks and 6 days) going through a growth spurt and have an almost insatiable hunger at night! But if I feed them too much at a time they regurgitate it back up. They have sensitive tummies. Im breastfeeding but then topping up with formula as Im not making enough milk myself to keep them satisfied. Im hardly getting any sleep at all. By the time the feeding, burping changing of both twins is done, they are hungry. They sleep and eat well during the day. Besides hiring another person to be a night nanny, do I have any other options?
