A New form of government I constructed for after the revolution. Will involve provinces that have their own form a government but answer to a higher government. Now for the provinces they will be ran by their own special government however they deem fit. As for the higher government it will consist of a high council and a lower council. The number of people in the high council will consist of how many provinces there are. A member from each province will be elected to the high council. The lower council will consist of 20 members of each provinces. The higher council will discuss and make up laws for all provinces. The laws that they make up will also be decided on in the lower council. After the lower council passes the law it will first be presented to the people. The people will also have a say on what their laws will be. If the people passed the law it will become permanent. Unless the people no longer decide that it is fit for their society and will be able to remove it.
