A North Miami Beach police officer was arrested for refusing to take off a mask and provide identification during a protest against Obamacare (he was off-duty and out of his jurisdiction). The law against wearing masks falls under the category of CRIMINAL ANARCHY, TREASON, AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER: 876.12Wearing mask, hood, or other device on public way.—No person or persons over 16 years of age shall, while wearing any mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, enter upon, or be or appear upon any lane, walk, alley, street, road, highway, or other public way in this state (flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2011/876.12). When asked to remove his mask and identify himself, he only identified himself saying, Im a cop, Im a cop. He was arrested and charged with obstruction of traffic, and wearing a hood or mask on a street, the report said. Though taken into custody, he wasnt jailed: He instead was given a notice to appear in court. Welcome to the police state Mr. Officer, glad you got to witness it first hand...
