A Note from Our Owner: Hello Paris! Figured it was about time I make one of my very rare Facebook appearances to comment on The Paris Grille! As previously stated, we will be returning to many of the ideals on which Bret and Sherry Holbert so successfully used to build the 24th St Café into such a landmark dining spot here in Pars. We will begin with the Mon-Fri lunch service and expand from there. We making tentative plans to restart the Thursday Night B-Y-O-B that so many folks have asked me about; and potentially may grow into M-F first sitting dinner service. We also are planning to start a Saturday breakfast service down the road a bit. We will offer a number of signature items as well as some old favorites. Tentative opening is still somewhere in the first two weeks in June. I will announce a set opening date once we navigate through all the usual red tape and physical improvements we are currently working on! I would like to take a minute to thank all the folks who have been so instrumental and supportive of me as I gone through the process of acquiring the property, developing the menu, and just plain helping me keep my faith and sanity. Mike & Carrie Taylor first and foremost. This dream could have never been realized if not for their friendship and unquestioning support of my vision for the operation. Jim and Brad at the SBDC, Bill Coleman of Liberty National Bank, Larry Kennemer, and especially Sherry Holbert for all their advice and support. Also my family, Desiree, Ryan, Ciara, Mark & Rachel Hankins(and the 3 grandkids who regularly remind me that you have to stop and play like a kid now & then!), as well as the countless FAMILY members of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church who have been so incredibly prayerful and supportive of me and my family the past five years. Hope to see you all at The Paris Grille very soon! Mike ORourke
